Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PixelDian handles information when you visit our websites, play our games, view advertising, or contact our team.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Who we are
PixelDian operates the games and websites covered by this policy. In this policy, “PixelDian,” “we,” and “our” refer to the operator of those services. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@pixeldian.com.
2. Information processed
Advertising and device data. Our advertising partners may process advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or Google Advertising ID), app- or vendor-scoped identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device model, operating system, language, country or time zone, network and carrier information, app version, and consent or advertising-preference signals.
Advertising and attribution events. This may include ad requests, impressions, clicks, video completion, installs, app opens, conversions, and limited in-app events used to measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and deliver contextual or personalized advertising where permitted.
Analytics and diagnostics. Depending on the Firebase modules enabled in a particular build, we may process installation identifiers, session and gameplay events, app and device information, crash logs, stack traces, performance measurements, and related diagnostics. We use this information to understand use of our products, fix errors, and improve performance.
Website information. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may process browser and device information, IP address, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions. Cookies or similar technologies may be used where allowed.
Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
3. Advertising, analytics, and attribution partners
The partners used may vary by game, platform, country, and build. Their SDKs may collect information directly from your device and process it under their own privacy terms.

4. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve our games and websites; display, measure, and manage advertising; attribute installs and campaigns; understand product usage; diagnose crashes and performance problems; protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; answer support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
5. Consent and legal bases
Where required by law, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising, access to advertising identifiers, attribution, cookies, or non-essential analytics. You may withdraw consent through any privacy controls made available in the game, through applicable device settings, or by contacting us. On iOS, tracking permission may also be controlled through Apple's App Tracking Transparency setting. In other cases, we process limited information to provide the service, pursue legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, or comply with law.
6. Sharing, sale, and targeted advertising
We share information with the advertising, analytics, attribution, and technical service providers listed above, with app-store and operating system providers, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money. However, some laws may define the use of advertising identifiers for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, you may opt out through any privacy controls made available in the game, through device privacy settings, or by contacting us.
7. Retention and international processing
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, support, legal, and accounting requirements. Support communications under our direct control are normally retained for no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required to resolve a request or comply with law. SDK providers retain information according to their configurations and privacy policies.
Our providers may process information in the United States, China, or other countries where they or their service providers operate. Where required, we use consent, contractual safeguards, or other legally recognized mechanisms for cross-border processing.
8. Your choices and rights
Your device settings may let you reset or limit advertising identifiers, disable personalized advertising, restrict tracking, or control app permissions. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.
To make a request, email support@pixeldian.com with the game name, platform, country or region, and any device or advertising identifier necessary to locate the relevant records. We may ask for reasonable information to verify and complete the request. We may not be able to identify data held only by a third-party SDK or information that has already been aggregated or de-identified.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent or other authorization required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Products or regions treated as child-directed will use age- appropriate settings and advertising restrictions where required.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our products, SDKs, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the game where appropriate.
