PixelDian and its licensors own the games, artwork, software, text, trademarks, and other content in our services. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services; they do not transfer ownership of that content.

App stores, analytics providers, payment processors, and other third-party services may apply their own terms. PixelDian is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue a service or feature. We aim to keep our products reliable, but we do not promise that every service will always be available or error-free.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PixelDian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of a service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
